MY FAVORITE, EASY ZUPPA TOSCANA RECIPE GO TO

A perfect ‘DUPE’ for the Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana! Pair with bread or a salad and you’re all set for a cozy soup night!

I’m going to make this recipe super simple and short on here but wanted it on the blog for you guys to refer back to! Anyone else like to just get straight to the point when it comes to reading recipes online?

Ingredients:

Sausage– I use ground Italian turkey sausage. Potatoes- I use the honey gold, baby potatoes Kale 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 32 OZ Chicken Broth Diced white or yellow onion Garlic. Salt and Pepper

Step 1: Cook your ground turkey, adding in onion and garlic once turkey is cooked through, drain any grease from skillet

Step 2: Add your cooked sausage over to your crockpot, add in cut and diced potatoes, seasonings, and chicken broth. Chicken broth should cover potatoes so if it doesn’t you can add a small amount of water. Cook on High for 3-4 hours (my way of cooking it) or can do low for 5-6 hours.

Step 3: About 30 minutes before end time, add in heavy cream and kale, stir it all together and replace lid to cook another 30 minutes or so!

Add to bowl, we like to top with Parmesan cheese and eat with sliced bread from the bakery! But would also be delicious with a garlic bread!

It warms up really well as a leftover the next day! It’s such an easy soup recipe, and makes your house smell DELICIOUS while in the crock pot cooking! If you share your family trying the recipe, make sure to tag me on instagram so I can see!

Enjoy!!
