Easy Waffle Recipe

Okay guys, I am so excited to have found this recipe randomly because A) I was a frozen waffle kind of gal, and let’s be honest….those are just not as good as fresh made waffles! This recipe is super easy and makes DELICIOUS, fluffy waffles! I’ll link my heart waffle maker, we used that with a little pink food coloring to create pre valentines day waffles!

WAFFLE RECIPE:

  • Two cups flour
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda or 4 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup of warm milk
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • food coloring if making colored! We did pink for valentines day!

These were so easy to make, Londyn absolutely LOVES helping me cook in the kitchen!! She has the mixing part down! She so badly wants to crack an egg, but I haven’t gotten that far yet in letting her help! lol

I’m linking the heart waffle maker below! It’s under $10 and the sizes are perfect for toddlers, kids or a little breakfast charcuterie board!

How cute are those heart waffles?! I should have added more pink, or red to make them brighter, but they were pink in person! lol
